Project 1 Ideas

Message 1: Adding a hand taking a photo on their cell phone and add a Lochness Monster in the background behind the people on the boat. Its is a play on people and their narcissism ,and how oblivious they are to what is going on around them.  (Fur Traders by George Bingham)

Message 2:  The idea is to use the "Pokemon Go " augmented reality app to inspire this parody. My idea is to replace the dragon in the scene with a charizard Pokemon. I also plan to make the girl in the scene a user of the app. In the background I plan to add voyeurs looking confused as to what the girl is doing and expressing that she must be crazy for pretending to play with something that really isn't there. Message 3:  The idea to this piece is to parody it with Louise from Bob's Burgers instead of the girl in the scene. I plan on to play off the expression the girl in the scene is depicting and flipping it. Instead I will put Louise annoyed by expressing the thought of her hating being caught, like she almost got away with whatever she might have done. I think it would be a great juxtaposition of the other characters expression that felt more as a happy and proud expression. The message is that sometimes people are used to getting away with everything and finally come to terms that the world isn't always their oyster and there are repercussions for our acts.
